FT 40 hr Monday-Friday
Purpose:
Supervise the day-to-day operations of the program and the personnel involved with it, including all assigned staff, interns, volunteers, and clients.
Essential Duties and Responsibilites:
Promotion of the Long Term Program
- In coordination with the marketing department, develop and implement marketing strategies to increase program awareness and enrollment.
- Personally represent the program to government officials, civic organizations, churches, and prospective clients.
Pastoral Care
- Gives biblical guidance and advice to clients relating to their personal situations and needs.
- Answers client questions about spiritual issues and biblical interpretation.
- Directs and leads devotions and bible studies for clients.
- Prays with clients during corporate prayer gatherings.
- Performs baptisms.
- Performs Family Ministry Services.
Fundraising
- In coordination with the development department, develop and implement an annual fundraising plan to increase donor base and annual giving.
- Engage in personal contacts with current and prospective donors to request donations.
Facility Compliance
- Ensure compliance with building codes, fire, health department regulations, and state housing requirements.
Manage Finances
- In coordination with the Executive Director, develop an annual budget for the Long Term Program campus.
- Monitor expenditures in relation to budgeted expenses.
Legal Affairs
- Provides periodic progress reports to probation officers and other court officials and immediately notifies appropriate authorities when clients are discharged or voluntarily leave the program.
- Provides client representation at court appearances when needed.
- Acts as a liaison between Adult and Teen Challenge Northeastern Wisconsin and the court systems for all client matters via the Executive Director.
- Maintains a legal calendar of all pending court cases (Legal Liaison).
Oversee Program Services
- Ensure program is being operated according to ATCNEW policies and procedures.
- Investigate and resolve student grievances.
- Monitor the effectiveness of program services and suggest possible changes to the Executive Director.
- Conducts quarterly or monthly evaluations of each client’s progress in the program and provides a course of action to improve deficient areas of growth.
- Holds group meetings with clients to discuss concerns and answers questions relating to the program.
Staff Supervision
- Admissions Representative: Ensure that applicants are followed up with in a timely manner and being processed in accordance with established policies and procedures.
- CE Counselors: Ensure that clients are receiving the appropriate amount of counseling and that it is addressing major life issues.
- Program Coordinator: Assist the Program Director in the day-to-day operations and events.
- Food Service Staff: Ensure that all meals meet nutritional requirements and kitchen facilities are in compliance with health codes.
- Maintenance: Ensure the repair and upkeep of the building and grounds.
- Recovery Coaches: Ensure the phones are answered promptly and guests are greeted in a professional manner.
- Choir Director: Ensure that students know the songs and are being effectively coached to improve their singing skills.
Other Duties
- Interview and select employment candidates.
- Scheduling and onboarding orientation for new employees in conjunction with the Executive Assistant.
- Provide quarterly and annual staff training.
- Leads chapel and worship services.
- On-call every other weekend for issues that may arise.
- Other duties as assigned by senior management.
- Manage staffing schedule, approve PTO and biweekly payroll.

Minium Qualifications
- Documented minimum two years freedom from chemical use problems.
- Proven leadership skills within a Christian ministry setting.
- Strong ability to relate to and disciple people with life-controlling problems.
- Ability to maintain professional standards of conduct and appearance with co-workers and the public.
- Baccalaureate degree or documented three years general work experience in administration or personnel supervision in human services.
- Ability to manage people and processes to achieve organizational goals.
- Excellent organizational, people management, and project management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft office applications.
- Possession of a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record that will be accepted by this organization’s vehicle insurance carrier. Ability to drive ATCNEW vehicles.
- Ability to successfully complete the criminal background check process.
