Jill stepped into the role of Executive Assistant at Adult & Teen Challenge Northeastern Wisconsin in the spring of 2023, bringing with her a wealth of experience and a heart deeply rooted in faith. With a business administration and marketing background and over 20 years of leadership and business management experience, Jill offers a unique blend of professional excellence and spiritual devotion to her role.
As a woman of Christ, Jill sees her work as a career and a calling. She is driven by a deep conviction to serve others and reflect Jesus's love in all she does. Her passion for volunteering and community service is a natural extension of her faith. She believes that true leadership begins with a servant’s heart. Whether organizing behind the scenes or encouraging those around her, Jill’s presence brings warmth, integrity, and purpose.
Jill enjoys spending quality time with her husband and their three children outside of her work. Her family is her greatest blessing and her constant source of inspiration.
