Ryan Shockley, Program Director

Ryan Shockley’s life was forever transformed in 2017 when he encountered Jesus Christ's love and salvation. This pivotal moment ignited a deep passion within him, filling him with the Holy Spirit and an unwavering commitment to God’s purposes. Since then, Ryan has developed a strong foundation in faith-based recovery, discipleship, and organizational leadership while also pursuing his passion for entrepreneurial business.

One of Ryan’s greatest joys is his family. He is proudly married to his wonderful wife, Collette, and is a joyful father to their young son and daughter.

Professionally, Ryan has served in various leadership roles at a large faith-based nonprofit recovery center in Minnesota, where he gained extensive experience supporting individuals in recovery and navigating the complexities of nonprofit leadership. He now serves as the Program Director at Adult & Teen Challenge Northeastern Wisconsin, where he is dedicated to making a meaningful and lasting impact in the lives of those served by the ministry.

Ryan holds licensed credentials with the Assemblies of God and earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) with a Minor in Biblical Studies from North Central University. Through both his personal transformation and professional journey, Ryan remains committed to inspiring hope, fostering growth, and serving his community with faith and purpose.
