Raising Up the Next Generation of Leaders: Inside the ATCNEW Leadership Academy

The ATCNEW Leadership Academy is more than just a next step—it’s a transformational journey designed to raise up Christ-centered leaders equipped to make a lasting impact.

This six-month program is intentionally built for resilient graduates who are ready to step into their calling. Through a powerful blend of spiritual formation, practical training, and professional development, participants are equipped to thrive in ministry, recovery work, and a wide range of vocational paths. Many graduates go on to pursue employment opportunities with ATCNEW or with Adult & Teen Challenge centers across a nationwide network of more than 200 locations.

What makes the Leadership Academy unique is its holistic approach. Participants walk through a structured leadership pathway that includes hands-on ministry internships, supportive transitional housing, and focused academic development. With strong mentorship and intentional training at every step, students are both challenged and empowered to grow—not only as leaders, but as individuals rooted in faith, purpose, and integrity.

A key component of the program is its academic foundation, powered by Destiny School of Leadership. ATCNEW is honored to partner with Destiny Leadership School to provide high-quality, faith-based instruction that strengthens each participant’s leadership capacity and spiritual depth.
